2. Sign the relevant Terms & Conditions
3. Sign the last page of this to acknowledge our Policies & Procedures.
Once completed, please email them to us at theafterschoolclub2011@yahoo.co.uk or hand them to us or the school office. Once received, we will contact you to confirm receipt and your child's place.

We are Ofsted Registered and can accept your Child Care Vouchers.
We offer a wide range of fun activities including; dressing up, arts & crafts, indoor/ outdoor games, cookery, imaginative play, wet play, sand play, den building, outside play, football and all other “favourites”.
The club's Play Policy is that we are 100% child-led and children freely choose activities within our setting. Our staff’s role is to facilitate and enable play in a safe environment.
