Welcome to the PTA!
New Scotland Hill PTA Registered Charity 1093909
All parents and guardians of children at New Scotland Hill Primary School and Nursery are automatically members of the school Parent Teacher Association. The aim of the PTA is to help the school provide the best possible environment for the children of the school. We do this in many ways:
- We have fundraising events which help us purchase items for the school which the school would otherwise not have the finances to fund
- We do jobs around school to improve the atmosphere for the children to learn in pleasant surroundings
- We supply refreshments at school functions and for the Year 6 leaving events
- We encourage the pupils to consider those people who are less fortunate than themselves by raising funds for charitable organisations, both locally and nationally
- We promote the school in the locality by attending Sandhurst Community events
- We support the school in any way we can to improve the teaching and learning for the children of New Scotland Hill Primary School and Nursery
- We collect and sell old school uniform items.

With your help, last year we raised a huge £30,000 through a number of fundraising events, including:
- Summer Fair and Raffle £3442
- Discos £2400
- Christmas events £3670
- Sponsored fundraising challenge £3620
We were able to donate over £26000 back into the school for much needed resources such as iPads and sports supplies, and enrichment items for Bushcraft and outdoor learning.

How can you help?
DONATIONS
We welcome any donation, big or small!
If you’re a UK taxpayer, your contribution can go even further through Gift Aid - allowing the PTA to claim an extra 25p for every £1 donated at no additional cost to you.

BRACKNELL FOREST LOTTERY
We've launched our lottery page on the Bracknell Forest Lottery page. Tickets cost £1 per week.
50p for every ticket will be donated to us and 10p to other causes in Bracknell Forest. The remaining 40p is allocated between running costs and prizes.

BIRTHDAY BOOKS
Instead of sending in sweets, why not help grow our classroom library with a book donation? Your child can choose a book to gift to the school, and we’ll place a special sticker inside with their name, creating a lasting memory they can be proud of.
